PRODUCT TIPS AND TRICKS

Below you will find some "Tips and Tricks" for using FlightCheck Professional and FlightCheck Designer more efficiently.


• Holding down the Control key as you click the "Collect" Button will allow you to delete the original files after the collection Process is complete.

• To get more information about a Font or an Image simply select the small triangle that is located by the word "Name" in the FlightCheck Report window. Toggling this triangle will display more details about the images or font used in the document.

• Holding Down the Control->Option->Command Keys while clicking on one of the Section button (Fonts, Colors, Images, Trapping ETC..) in the Report Window will cause all sections to be displayed. Clicking the Button again will hide all Sections.

• To remove a file name from the File->Open Recent Menu, select the file name while holding down the Shift key.

• Holding Down the Control key and clicking on a Section button in the Report Window will display only that section and hide all others.

• Double Click on the Eagle Icon in the upper left hand corner of in the Report Window to rescan the currently open document.

• While holding the Option Key down, Double Click the Image Name in the Report Window, to display the directory where the image file is located.

• Clicking and holding the mouse on the small font icon next to the Image Name in the Report Window will display what fonts are used in that image.

• Click and Hold the mouse on the small image icon next to a color in the Report Window to display a list of images using that color.

• Holding down the Control Key while selecting the FlightCheck->Turn on Sound Alert Menu, will allow the user to select a sound file to use instead of the eagle cry.

• In the File->Open Menu hold down the Option Key and Click on one file type to have only that selection checked.

• Hold and Click the mouse on the word type in the images area of the Report Window to find out more about the special icons.
