MARKZWARE SUPPORT POLICY
Since many features and problems in older versions of our products have been updated and corrected in newer versions, Markzware has implemented the following telephone and E-Mail support policy. As of September 28, 2003, free telephone support will be provided only to registered users for the products that they have registered. All other telephone support will incur a per-incident charge. E-Mail support will still be available without registering.


Option 1: Free Pre-Sales Support
We offer free Sales Calls to our customers unsure of their product needs. A Direct Sales Representative can tell you if the product you currently have is no longer supported and if it is in need of an upgrade, or still available for free Markzware support. Please contact a Direct Sales Representative at 877-648-0100.

Option 2: Supported Markzware Product Support
  • Free by email for all register and unregistered products at support.markzware.com.
  • Free by telephone for all qualified registered products. Please call us at: (949) 756-5008.



Option 3: Unsupported Markzware Product Support

Along with the Free Support of up-to-date Markzware products, we also offer telephone and email support on discontinued products for a set fee of $50 per incident.
