SANTA ANA, CA - May 12, 1997 -- Markzware will be showcasing it's revolutionary "preflighting" application FLIGHTCHECK® at Imprinta in Dusseldorf Germany June 4-10, 1997.

FLIGHTCHECK® is the award-winning stand-alone application that "preflights" QuarkXPress®, PageMaker®, Illustrator®, Photoshop® and FreeHand® files. FLIGHTCHECK® verifies all of its elements including colors, fonts and images. FLIGHTCHECK® alerts the user to over 150 potential problems such as incorrect color usage, missing fonts or images, fonts that have been stylized from a Style menu, image boxes that have a background color of "None," RGB TIFF and JPEG compressed images and much more. FLIGHTCHECK® collects all related files including images and both screen and printer fonts into a special FLIGHTCHECK® approved folder. FLIGHTCHECK® is available on Macintosh and Window platforms.
In addition to showcasing FLIGHTCHECK®, Markzware will be offering free Flight School Training at Imprinta. Flight School curriculum is designed to educate all professionals involved in file creation, file sending and file receiving (printer or service bureau). Solutions to these challenges will be presented.
Markzware will be hosting a press conference in their booth Hall 4 Stand 4A48 on Thursday, June 6 at 2:30pm. The press conference will encompass Markzware's commitment to new technology and development of new products as well as Markzware's involvement with PDF.
