MARKZWARE UNVEILS FLIGHTCHECK DESIGNER v5

SANTA ANA, California – September 29, 2003 – Markzware, the leading developer of quality assurance applications for the graphic arts and printing industries, is pleased to announce the immediate release of FlightCheck Designer (formerly FlightCheck Collect!), version 5, now with Apple Macintosh OS X support.

FlightCheck Designer is a simplified version of Markzware’s FlightCheck Professional, providing designers and document creators with an essential quality control tool. The simple drag-and-drop interface inspects your documents for colors, fonts and images. The application then collects the document, images and extensions as well as screen and printer fonts. It compresses the job and includes the Ground Control settings for transmission to your service bureau.

Known previously as FlightCheck Collect!, the new FlightCheck Designer name reflects a series of re-branding and new product launch announcements planned for 2003.

In addition to OS X compatibility, new features include:
* Support for OpenType, TrueType and Adobe Type 1 fonts
* Expanded support for a variety of native applications, including Microsoft WORD, Publisher and PowerPoint
* The ability to open and verify multiple documents in a single session Sort lists of colors, fonts images, etc. with a simple click of the file header
