A document insurance tool for QuarkXPress. It converts higher versions to lower versions, salvages bad files, secures QuarkXPress content and maintains document integrity. 

MarkzTools is an XTension that helps to prevent corrupted QuarkXPress documents. Users can verify the Saved Quark document, to alert them about the integrity if your file is suspect. Common QuarkXPress error codes that alert the user about corrupted documents are [70], [39], and [108].

MarkzTools makes QuarkXPress backwards compatible, allowing users to open higher version Quark documents. This XTension will Òdown-saveÓ a QuarkXPress v7 Project directly to a v4.11 QuarkXPress document.

Additional features of MarkzTools allow users to save a temporary copy of the document before saving the original document. This feature helps prevent potential problems during the ÒsaveÓ process and the temporary file can then be used to recover the document.
