* A "transaction" is counted when a file package is uploaded to you by a customer using the FlightCheck Online Client regardless of the number of preflight attempts prior to the upload.

** Note for Publishers and multi-location businesses: There is also a small fee per title/location in addition to the Enterprise licensing fee, depending on the number of titles/locations to be supported by your FlightCheck Online based solution.

† Maintenance includes updates and upgrades upon public release (see License Agreement for details). Maintenance is included in the first year of activation. Maintenance price is calculated on the final price including any installation or other fees. The Markzware Maintenance is exclusive of any 3rd-party maintenance, service fees or agreements.
