As a boy, art and technology always fascinated Patrick. It's no wonder this one-time typesetter recognized the absence of a fail-safe tool to ensure consistent quality during the graphic arts design and prepress process.

Patrick is the founder and fuel behind Markzware, the preflight technology pioneer that markets FLIGHTCHECK to a publishing industry that appreciates the value of finely scrutinizing digital files prior to output.

Today, with an arsenal of creative publishing software tools, Markzware Software, originally established in 1989, is the highly recognized and utilized name in preflighting. The company's flagship product, the industry standard preflight solution FLIGHTCHECK, is used by prepress managers and graphic designers worldwide.

RON CRANDALL

Markzware's Chief Engineer has over 20 years experience in software development. He is the main programmer behind FLIGHTCHECK. He, along with Patrick, share the same vision: to provide the prepress and printing industries with powerful tools and utilities that will assist in reaching the goal of perfect digital print output.
